Hey there, I’m Regina! I am a mother, a daughter, sister, and friend. I have lived all 39 years of my life here, in Florida. I am a divorced, single mother of three boys. I sometimes refer to myself asBOY MOM or “TWIN MOM.” But I always certify myself as A MOTHER TO THREE AMAZING BOYS!

What makes me so different from you? Probably not much. For as long as I can remember I struggled with mental health, low self-esteem, low self-worth, self- harm, and the list goes on. Maybe at some point you also battled one or two of these yourself. Then you become a mom and you’ve got a whole new set of problems. Meanwhile, everything else you’ve been dealing with is now exacerbated. Whether you’re a mom or not, it can be challenging dealing with the chaos of everyday life while you’re living with your own internal struggles.

The past few years for me have been about learning and growing. Learning that failures and mistakes in life are just lessons and opportunities for us to grow. I have learned the importance of daily self-care and the profound impact it has on our lives and well-being. After struggling my entire life, I can now say that I found true happiness. Not from any one person or from any material things, but from within. With daily self-care practices and shifting my mindset, I have found the best version of myself.

I know so many of us struggle on a daily basis. Heck, I still have days I feel dejected and question certain aspects of my life. I don’t think anyone has it together a hundred percent of the time. But I feel confident in saying that when I am having those days, I know exactly what I need to do to feel good again. That is precisely what I want to share with you.

How is my journey one of significance to you? How is my blog different from others? Truthfully, I don’t know if it is much different from others. But what I do know is that everything I will share with you are not just little applications people claim work. They are daily practices that I know first hand actually work. And it’s not just a one and done. By incorporating these daily habits into your life, and consistently making positive changes every day, it will yield astounding results.

I have made it my life’s mission to help others overcome their struggles and find calm in their every day lives. I never thought I could get to the place I am now, but I did. You can do it, too. You can do anything you put your mind to. You can find peace, calm, and loving kindness. You can achieve your dreams. Because when you feel good, when you love yourself, when you radiate love and happiness, your potential is limitless.
